Warranty Covered

Display and Touch
1. If received item is damaged or broken.

Flex and Battery
1. If received item is not working.
2. If received item is damaged or broken.

Warranty not Covered

Display and Touch
1. If the lamination of item is peeled off and tried to re-paste.
2. If the item is pasted and then removed or any sign of glue.
3. If any damage is done while fixing on phone (lining on display is common issue).
4. If any alteration is done with item.
5. If the signature, sticker (if any) or stamp (if any) is removed.

Flex and Battery
1. If any damage is done while fixing on phone.
2. If the item is pasted and then removed or any sign of glue.
3. If any alteration (Battery swellow) is done with item.
4. If the signature, sticker (if any) or stamp (if any) is removed or tampered.

Warranty is not applicable, if buyer’s phone is dead, Non – Repairable or any other issue with phone.

Replacement/Refund Policy

If item covered under warranty then buyer have to mail us the details with the clear pictures of defect at support@sparecheck.com (failed to do so within 48 hrs, will reject your warranty claim.) All warranty claim should be communicate at support@sparecheck.com only.

Also, Video is mandatory to validate the damaged, miss shipment or product missing cases.

Legal team will then verify and communicate with buyer for resolution (Replacement/Refund).
Buyer have to reship the item in the same condition (unused and re sale-able) as it was delivered. Return shipment is totally a buyer responsibility. Buyer must take care of packaging.

Replacement/Refund will be done after we got the item. Legal team will further verify it.
After receiving the item, If we found which is not covered under warranty (Check “Warranty not covered” section) then Replacement/Refund will be rejected.

If item cover under warranty then one time Replacement/Refund will be done.

In case of

Replacement – Buyer have to pay the shipping cost.

Refund – 80% will be refunded to buyer as operation cost 20% will be deducted.

Return Cost

If the item covered under warranty or not covered under warranty conditions, buyer have to bear the return cost.
If buyer received the item and want to return because of these reasons (phone already repaired, change of mind, not interested or any other way), return cost will be bear by buyer.

Return Shipping

Buyer have to take care the return shipping process. Buyer have to make sure that the item should be firmly packed and delivered to our warehouse (142, First Floor, Vikas surya mall, Sector 3, Rohini, Delhi, 110085). Once your item is approved for replacement, buyer have to connect to any of the courier company for pick up and drop process from our warehouse.

Important Note : Issue should be reported within 7 days of delivery. After that no issue will be take care.
Return process by buyer should be done in 24-48 hrs of approval. After that no return will be accepted.
